New windows of Weston

Weston Artspace is leading Weston-super-Shop Windows to celebrate the reopening of the town centre after months of lockdown.

Both creative freelancers and retail has been hit hard by the pandemic-lockdowns, so this project aims to showcase both and brighten up the town centre.

Supported by Culture Weston local artists have been paid to create awesome new displays.

Weston Artspace is a meanwhile project operating in the heart of the town centre at 73 High Street, the former SaltRock store.  The space has been transformed into a place for local people to work, collaborate and display their creations, whether it be writing, photography, painting, film, performance.

Artspace also delivers programmes to improve health and wellbeing and to reduce social isolation in the community.  Explore their website here.
