The tree-lined characteristics of the Boulevard were inspired by Parisian streets when introduced to Weston in the 19th century by John Hugh Smyth-Pigott.
Today, the Boulevard is home to bars, restaurants, shops and more, reaching towards the seafront via Waterloo Street and South Parade.
