Beginning from Beach Road car park in Sand Bay is a 13.4-mile section of the England Coast Path which follows up to Brean Down Fort, creating a continuous coastal trail from Somerset to Minehead, where the Southwest Coast Path begins.
The Southwest Coast Path trails from Minehead, Somerset to Poole, Dorset across 630 miles along the Devon and Cornwall coasts. The National Trail is England’s longest waymarked long-distance footpath, taking between 30 days or 7-8 weeks to complete – depending on your pace.
